BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 8014 and 8020 Shallowford Road, being on the southwest line of Shallowford Road northwest of Morris Hill Road. Two unplatted tracts, being the properties described in deed book 3682, page 255, ROHC, and deed book 2101, page 987, ROHC. Tax Map No. 149N-A-5 and 6. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-T/Z Residential Townhouse/Zero Lot Line Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. The only driveway for the project must be located approximately 150 feet west of the centerline of Ranch Hills Drive or at another location which provides adequate sight distance approved by the City Traffic Engineer. 2. All existing easements are maintained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
